December is one of my favorite times of the year because not only is it festive, it’s also when I spend time to reflect on and appreciate all the goodness, growth and learnings in the past year.
As you’re getting ready for celebrating, gifting, entertaining and preparing for the new year (this coming one an epic 2020!), take a pause and a moment for yourself.
I mean that. This month will fly by in a wink. Give yourself the time to savor life's delicious nectar that you've worked for throughout the year.

~Martha Graham, American dancer, teacher and choreographer

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.”
In the spirit of love on Valentine's Day, I'm sharing with you some of the things that I do to offset and recover from the stress that I experience in my life.
