Sometimes life gets devastatingly messy and complicated - problems arise, unexpected situations occur, emotions run high - we can feel our breaking point.
Other times we can become hyper focused on a situation that's creating great discomfort in our daily lives; comparable to having a stone in our shoe. In this case, we need to take the stone out of our shoe so that we can continue to run the marathon. Leaving the stone in our shoe will become a major distraction in everything that we do.
Our time together will be examining the "noise" in your life that's creating discomfort and processing associated thoughts and emotions related to your immediate situation.
Our goal is to quiet the noise, release negative emotions and discomfort and co-create a strategy to respond and act in alignment with your truth.
