You have a clear personal vision - congratulations! Most people do not, so you are further along on your wellbeing journey than most.
However, you may find that articulating your vision and implementing a plan (to bring it to life) is a challenging bridge to cross. Many people get discouraged or stuck and hang their vision back on the preverbal shelf while they go on with their "normal everyday lives." The longer our vision is untouched on the shelf, the more unsettled we will feel.
Putting your vision into action may feel like you're exercising a different part of your muscle, compared to creating your vision, because it is. From a neuroscience perspective, when we visualize our personal vision, we heavily tap into our right brain for our intuitive wisdom. But when it comes to the tactics of analyzing, planning, prioritizing and executing steps, often with resistance from our environment, we need our left brain fully on board to deliver the strategy.
The magic happens when we connect the strengths of our right and left brain to serve our purpose.
Our time together would be spent briefly revisiting your vision and tapping into both your intuitive wisdom and tactical planning muscles. Our goal is to reconnect with your vision, identify the source of "stuckness" and co-create a strategy for next steps that excites your core into action.
